Carol Danvers, a human turned Kree Superhero, is also known as Captain Marvel. She was once an Air-Force pilot who received her super-human abilities when she suffered an accident while rushing to the aid of her mentor, Mar Vell. In the MCU film, Captain Marvel, she also becomes friends with Nick Fury, who would become the mind leading the Avengers Initiative. Her arsenal of powers includes flight, super-strength, durability, and agility, just to name a few. When she is in her binary mode (as featured in this art piece) she can absorb energy, fire photonic blasts, and control forms of gravity or radiation.
