The spider symbol stands out boldly against the material of Peter Parker’s suit. The texture of the suit’s material featured in this piece is very distinct, as well as reminiscent of Ben-Day dots (a printing process used to create and blend colors) seen in classic comic art.

The piece is painted on 8.5” x 11” or 11" x 17" sheet steel and burned with a laser engraver.
